Label Maker

Due to growth, Paragon Staffing, LLC is looking for a qualified labeling expert to join our team! We take the stress and trouble away from finding each individual the right employment opportunity!

Duties:

• Create and apply labels to products according to specifications and guidelines.
• Ensure accurate placement and alignment of labels on packaging
• Operate label application equipment and machinery
• Monitor label inventory and request replenishment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Perform quality checks to ensure labels are legible and properly placed.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in computer software applications related to label design.
• Must have extensive experience in label making machines and printing operations.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail software and use of appropriate software tools such as MS Office suite, AutoCAD, Adobe Professional products (i.e. Acrobat. Illustrator, InDesign), etc.
• Familiarity with operating pallet jacks and hand tools
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong organizational skills to manage label inventory

Note: Prior experience as a Label maker or in a similar role is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $18/hr

Schedule:

• Day Shift/ 8 hour shift (Monday- Friday) with potential overtime opportunities 

Experience:

• Label maker: 2 years (Required)
• Manufacturing: 2 years (Required)
• Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
