As a member of our Service BDC team, you'll be responsible for handling service department calls, emails, and leads. You'll be maintaining a quality relationship with our current customer base and building new ones in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email chat, or text
- Address customer concerns and issues
- Make and schedule appointments accurately and completely
- Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Maintain a general understanding of the repair process and explain the process to the customer
- Automotive experience a plus
