*THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY*

● Represent individuals and businesses that owe federal and/or state taxes

● Identify solutions and present clients with options allowing them to make informed decisions throughout the resolution process

● Negotiate on clients’ behalf with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), state taxing authorities and potential business creditors to effectively resolve issues

● Work with clients’ third-party partners e.g., lenders to minimize impacts of tax liabilities

● Drive additional programs as they fit the client’s needs

*EXPERIENCE/FORMAL TRAINING*

● Posses excellent reasoning, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

● Cultivates a professional and respectful team environment including supervising and training assistants

● Communicates effectively in a respectful and professional manner

● Displays accountability and leadership within the company

● Must be an Enrolled Agent in good standing to practice before the IRS or be a licensed attorney who is willing to become an Enrolled Agent

● Prefer minimum of two (2) years’ experience in resolution (but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
