*Overview*
The Senior Finance Manager will provide the strategic and tactical leadership and direction regarding the financial activities of the organization. This person is the key steward of the financial and physical assets and serves as a strategic partner in setting the vision and direction concerning the fiscal health of the organization. This position also provides leadership, guidance and direction to capital planning, financial planning, financial reporting, revenue cycle, accounting, reimbursement and operating entity support functions through a well aligned coordination with the respective functional leaders. T

The Senior Finance Manager has the overall responsibility of ensuring the financial integrity of the organization including development and execution of financial strategies, initiatives, systems and processes that optimize current and future performance. In addition, this person works collaboratively with the senior leadership team and functional leaders in the achievement of organizational objective.

*Duties*
* Manage and supervise all financial aspects of the company
* Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.
* Assures the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and assures that the
* Assumes a lead role in analyzing and exploring means of reducing operating costs and increasing revenues based on knowledge of market trends, financial reports and operating procedures.
* Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization..
* Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism which includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
* Planning, reviewing, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
* Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
* Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger.
* Other duties as needed.

*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. A CPA is strongly preferred as well as public accounting experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of industry experience or 10 years of industry and public accounting experience in finance and/or operational roles in the healthcare field.
* Experience with a Quickbooks and Net Suite.
* Ability to make effective presentations on controversial or complex topics to the senior leadership team and functional leaders.
* Strong accounting acumen and have a proven track record of working effectively with the external audit firm.
* Minimum of 2 solid years of Cost Accounting in a Manufacturing Environment, preferably ISO13485 environment.
* Must have a strong cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
* Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards is desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
