Job Description:
- Ensure daily operations within the hospital pharmacy meet customer and patient expectations
- Contribute to developing pharmacy policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate on the interdisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Accurately interpret medication orders and dispense medication preparations
Patient Population:
Patients have a wide variety of diagnoses such as stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and various neurological and orthopedic conditions.
Educational Support:
Paired with mentors, attend educational programs, and work within a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications:
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the state pharmacy board
- Completion of an accredited pharmacy program and minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds
