If so, here's what we need from you</strong>:<br><ul><li>A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create useful, reliable, and practical plans for software development projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in estimation and planning</li><li>Clear and concise communication skills</li></ul><br><strong>Here are some more details about the job: </strong><br><ul><li>You'll work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum throughout the organization</li><li>You'll coordinate among the Scrum Team and monitors adherence to Scrum practices</li><li>You'll educate the Scrum Team including the Product Owner on agile requirements, agile planning, backlog creation practices and all things Scrum</li><li>You'll work with product owner to groom product backlogs ahead of upcoming sprints</li><li>You'll organize and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings</li><li>You'll facilitate demo and decision-making processes to ensure visibility into product progress</li><li>You'll work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions</li><li>You'll study product samples and talk with product designers and developers</li><li>You'll ensure the correct use of scrum process</li><li>You'll work with product owner to groom product backlogs ahead of upcoming sprints</li><li>You'll organize and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings</li><li>You'll facilitate demo and decision-making processes to ensure visibility into product progress</li><li>You'll work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions</li></ul><br><strong>Have these things too?
