Title: Education and Outreach Program Manager - US (REACH) Reporting: Position reports to VP of US Programs (REACH) Salary Range: $57,500 - $67,500 Benefits: Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance + 401K + Unlimited Vacation* Location: Miami, FL 33155 Flexibility: 3 days per week in office (Tu-Th) ; 2 days per week work from home (M/F) Start Date:

Description: Spearhead development, education and outreach for expansion of BLUE.Club, Find Your Drop, and CauseCamps travel trips to meet target KPIs. Collaborate on the execution and continued growth across REACH pillars of CauseClass and Building Young Leaders. Work closely with REACH staff to meet target KPI and support continued program growth. Key Objectives of Role: Lead strategy, promotion and outreach with BLUE.Club development across schools and organizations with administrators, team leads, teacher sponsors and students. Work with VP of US Programs (REACH) and Director of US Programs (REACH) to establish and update ongoing action plans. Support organizations, schools and students to maximize awareness and participation in BLUE.Club.

Develop, schedule and update group presentations and outreach strategies to continuously promote/maximize BLUE.Club.

Continuously monitor and provide BLUE.Club participation data.

Plan and execute three overnight field trips for top performing BLUE.Clubs.

Expand relationships with Miami Dade County Parks, and US National Parks.

Facilitate monthly coastal cleanups throughout Miami-Dade County

Develop and Lead Find Your Drop presentations for schools and various organizations Remain updated on global sustainability issues .

Develops and supports inter/intra training for REACH team, educators and students as appropriate for each stakeholder.

Continuously monitor and provide Find Your Drop data on presentations and student participation.

Respond to all educator and student support questions in relation to BLUE.Club and Find Your Drop.

Customize Find Your Drop presentation content on CauseClass.

Lead development and execution of quarterly REACH newsletter to highlight features on sustainability issues and information across program pillars. Complete and distribute quarterly digital newsletter prior to end of each quarter.

Collaborate with REACH team members on potential newsletter features.

Connect and invite newsletter followers to quarterly BLUE events.

Collaborate on the development of CauseCamps travel itinerary Research and support development of CauseCamps travel itinerary with the Director of US Programs.

Develop educational activities and reflections to incorporate in unique CauseCamps travel experience.

Support REACH Pillars: CauseClass and Building Young Leaders Cross promote CauseClass via presentations and outreach.

Schedule meetings with individual BLUE.Club’s to support and maximize awareness and completion of CauseClass with members.

Facilitate CauseClass course completions as it relates to BLUE.Club, Find Your Drop or CauseCamps travel.

Collaborate and support team efforts and responsibilities as assigned.
