What will you be doing? :

In this role, you'll be instrumental in guiding our clients through transformation journeys, offering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. Here's a glimpse into what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Facilitating transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the telecommunications sector.
  • Analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions aligned with client strategic objectives.
  • Leading discussions and defining communication plans to support employees through significant changes.
  • Conducting business analysis and organizing workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.

What do you bring to the table? :

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
  • Has 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the telecommunications sector, with knowledge of sector-specific products and industrial processes.
  • Possesses native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, with very good knowledge of the other language, and a profound understanding of business English.
  • Is eager to learn, proactive, and thrives on new challenges.
  • Has a strong ambition to drive impactful change and make a difference.
  • Excels in stakeholder management and works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Can work autonomously while being a strong team player.

  • Appreciated competencies: Additionally, certifications and/or practical experience in PMI, Prince 2, Lean, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), ADKAR/Prosci, ITIL, and analytics (PowerBI, Tables...) will certainly be a bonus in your application.
