Role Summary: Senior Consultants in the Culture Practice within Walking the Talk will support senior team members on projects using the end-to-end culture transformation methodology. You will contribute to sales activities and important internal projects in addition to client-facing responsibilities. Senior Consultants contribute to the development and design of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and recommendations. This may involve content research and identifying best practice examples. Specifically, they will be involved in the following: Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Culture Assessment Team to conduct current culture assessments using both qualitative and quantitative tools: facilitate focus groups, conduct interviews, support survey management, and execute data analysis and reporting. Co-create and test culture blueprints that outline the target culture and the priority mindset and behavior changes required. Co-create a compelling culture narrative to enable clients to communicate the rationale and essence of their culture change to all employees. Assist in the culture planning process, including designing and delivering interviews and workshops, and collating content to support the development of culture plans, metrics, initiatives, and governance. Contribute to the development of communication plans and activities. Co-design and facilitate learning programs, culture champion programs, and key influencer programs. Help design bespoke 180 and 360 assessments and programs for extended leadership teams to embed culture change and improve team dynamics and performance. Conduct interviews and group debriefs for these assessments. Support the design of workshops, coaching sessions, and other content as required for client delivery. Conduct 1:1 assessment debriefs in large programmatic assessment programs. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and significant events, providing insights and acting as a co-facilitator and/or producer as required. Prepare materials and communications for pre- and post-session needs. Write content, communications, draft materials, and presentations as needed to support project delivery. Support project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative solutions and approaches to client challenges. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and organizational culture. Key Skills: Communication: Exceptional written skills and the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly. Report Writing: Ability to analyze data and draw insights from it, culminating in an impactful client report Instructional Design: The ability to design workshops and events that effectively transfer learning in engaging ways. Facilitation: Ability to facilitate group discussions to explore topics, reach actions, and agreements constructively and inclusively. Training Delivery: Capable of delivering content in engaging and memorable ways, with credibility and energy. Personal Insight: Awareness of personal challenges and growth stories to share with clients, bringing content to life. Technology: Proficient in basic technological tools, including the Microsoft suite and virtual platforms such as Zoom and Teams, Mural, Mentimeter, and other tools used in client projects. PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 3-5+ years of experience in talent and organizational consulting; or, experience in HR or Organizational Development Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Virtual presentation skills and experience managing MS Teams, Zoom, or other platforms. Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational development, general psychology, or related field Experience in instructional design.
