Senior Accountant

Brian’s Cabinets, a 45+ year custom cabinetry manufacturer located in gorgeous Bend, Oregon has recently taken on a long term investment partner and has plans to grow our business to the next level. This position is a full time, on-site position that will be reporting to and mentored by the Controller. A strong working knowledge of Sage Business Works is a requirement for this position. A background in wood products manufacturing and/or construction is a huge plus.

Our ideal candidate would be a dynamic go-getter who is willing to accept the challenges of a manufacturing plant, realizing that each day brings new adventures.

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate exceptional organizations skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, often interrupted environment

· All accounting and financial functions including AR, AP, GL

· Reconciliations

· Interact with vendors and customers

· Prepare monthly financial statements

· Human resources and benefits administration

· Payroll

Qualifications:

· 3+ years experience in senior accounting or financial positions

· Strong working knowledge of Sage Business Works

· Detail oriented and results driven

· Able to maintain confidentiality of organizational information

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· Strong prioritization and time management abilities

· Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint
