Senior Accountant - Audit

Brown Plus, a premier public accounting and advisory firm is looking to add an Audit Accountant Associate on our For-Profit team located in our Lancaster, PA office!

Join our dynamic For-Profit team as a Senior Audit Accountant Associate, where you'll oversee audit processes, supervise junior staff, and ensure internal controls' efficiency. The role requires completing audit tasks independently, conducting research, reviewing financial statements, and managing client relationships.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
150 credit hours completed or in the process of obtaining.
Active CPA license or in the process of preparing for the CPA exam.
2+ years of public accounting experience

Physical Requirements:

Work primarily in a professional office environment
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Operate office equipment such as computers and calculators
Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods
Occasional local travel and seasonal overtime
