About The Role:
Ernesta Operations covers all post-order processes from PO issuance to fabrication to middle and final mile delivery. As an Administrative Associate, you will work with operations leadership to ensure a smooth post-order experience for Ernesta Customers. You will bring a mindset to work independently and to support our growing operation.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage all fabrication claims with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Acting as a Shipping and Receiving clerk, prepare documentation for inbound products, outbound rugs, print roll labels and entering all data into the WMS.
  • Perform cycle counts for both roll and yarn inventory as directed.
  • Assist with order management by placing cut orders for rug fabrication. Additionally,, maintain and enter data for operation into Airtable.
  • Conduct Safety reporting and safety training for operation as required by OSHA. Maintain SDS sheets and help create an ongoing safety culture.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding by providing security card access and training new employees(WMS, safety rules) as needed.
  • Support in transition to the new warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Provide Customer Experience support through a number of administrative functions such as systemic address changes for orders, providing labels and changing sample orders as requested.
Key Qualifications Include:
  • HS/GED
  • 3 or more years in operations administrative role.
  • Experience with custom rug fabrication and processes.
  • Work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
  • Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail

The anticipated starting base pay for this role is between $20-$24 per hour. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base pay range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills.
