School Psych Para/Office Assistant

Tri-Co. Fort Larned USD #495 has an immediate opening for a School Psych Para/Office Assistant. The job description for the position is as follows:

? Scheduling interviews, meetings, etc.. for Director
? Preparing and disseminating monthly Newsletter
? Order and/or pick-up food for preservice, meetings, etc. as needed
? Prepare para orientation packets and sign in sheets
? Copy documents and reports for School Psychologists
? Enter scores and generate reports for Cognitive and Academic testing
? Filing documents and paperwork
? Preparation of letters, student forms and documents
? Mail drop off and pick ups (Post Office, DO, LES, LMS)
? Mailings - parent copies, letters, RWAs, etc..
? Prepare Evaluation files for Psychologists
? Maintenance of student records (with MIS Clerk)
? Requesting records from other facilities (schools, hospitals, etc.)
? Send documents for electronic signatures
? Track current Draft IEPs and update spreadsheets
? Upload student documents to Webkidss
? Track and maintain testing kits and protocols
? Maintain student and provider records in Webkidss
? Gather General Education/SIT data for new referrals/evaluations
? Track inventory of Tri-County Technology
? Assist School Psychologists with paperwork, parent contact, scheduling, etc. as needed
? Basic office functions (fax, phones, filing, email, scanning)
