Location: Pendleton High School 

Hours: 2:30 - 11:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Experience in school or industrial custodial services, preferred;
• Experience in floor maintenance, preferred;
• Excellent attendance and attitude;
• Self-starter; and
• Requires minimal supervision to perform responsibilities

Responsibilities:

 Performs a variety of custodial functions including:. 

• Cleaning restrooms, hallways, classrooms, offices and other areas.
•  Removing trash, sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing, waxing, stripping floors.
• Cleaning windows and walls, moving furniture, dusting, restocking. 
• Set up rooms for special events. 
• Responds to emergency calls in buildings when necessary. 
• Operates a variety of equipment which may include a floor buffer, carpet cleaner, vacuum, sweeper, and other cleaning equipment.
• Unlocks/secures building and rooms. 
• Clean up in the event of illness of student or employee.
• Demonstrates safety in job performance.
• Interacts with co-workers, supervisors, students, teachers and the general public in a friendly, professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of technology and be able to perform minimum computer skills.
• Performs related duties as required.

Additional Duties: Performs light maintenance duties, including changing light tubes, moving furniture,  unlocking/securing building and rooms.

Salary is dependent upon relevant school or industrial custodial experience
