Join us in the fight for what’s right! DeMayo Law Offices is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Camp Lejeune Attorney to join our growing Mass Torts team. This position will focus on the ongoing Camp Lejeune water contamination litigation. Specifically, the attorney will be responsible for evaluating merits of potential cases, significant client contact, and managing a sizable docket. This Attorney works as part of a strategic team, working some of the firm’s largest cases.

Responsibilities Daily client communication Drafting claim submissions and plaintiff fact sheets Medical and military record review and case validation Drafting client correspondence Maintaining client information databases Direct an assigned team of client engagement specialists Document, organize, and prepare a file for submission and/or case filing Additional projects, as assigned

Qualifications 3+ years of experience Mass Tort, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation or Social Security Disability Experience Preferred Focused on attention to detail Excellent communication skills and positive attitude Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines moving the docket forward Excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills Excellent client service skills and the ability to promote and maintain a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization Experience working in the Eastern District of North Carolina a plus
