Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and support to Clients. You will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment for those under your care. Your dedication and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care will be highly valued in our team. Responsibilities: * Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. * Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate. * Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff promptly. * Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent bedsores and muscle stiffness. * Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient environment. * Respond to patient calls and requests for assistance. * Promote patient independence while providing necessary support and care. * Foster a compassionate and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families. Requirements: * Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience or training as a CNA in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong empathy and compassion for patients. * Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from nursing staff. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
