Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
1. Managing and leading land development projects from conception to completion.
2. Utilizing Civil3D to create detailed, accurate, and efficient designs.
3. Conducting on-site inspections and analyses to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
4. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality infrastructure.
5. Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
6. Evaluating potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
7. Providing technical advice regarding design, construction, or modifications.
8. Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree would be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
3. Proficiency in using Civil3D software for designing and drafting.
4. Proven experience in managing and leading projects to successful completion.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, architects, and contractors.
7. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
9. An understanding of environmental, legal, and regulatory issues related to land development.
