Dynamic, fast-paced homecare company looking for a dedicated, skilled, upbeat, and organized team player for a part-time / per diem nursing position in Monmouth, New Jersey .
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Case openings and reassessing clients every 60 days
- Maintaining and updating client and caregiver records
- Performing follow up and quality calls
- Orienting and supervising caregivers
- Conducting in-services
- Reporting client changes to owners and staff
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have experience working with seniors (specifically, with dementia)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care
- Reliable transportation and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices is essential
