Client in MO seeking CWHH-Physical Therapist (PT) to work This assignment is to cover maternity leave 7/22-10/25. This position will be covering primarily the Springfield/Branson area including counties Taney, Christian, Greene, and Webster. In the event productivity is low in those counties, the PT will cover in the rest of the West Plains branch territory if there are needs. Shift: M-F until shift is complete On call info: On call required if requested Travel Area: Primarily Taney, Christian, Greene, and Webster which is Springfield/Branson area. If productivity is low in those counties and we have needs in the eastern part of our service area, we may ask them to see patients in Douglas, Wright, Ozark, Texas, and Howell counties. Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours Productivity Units: 28 units Qualifications: HCHB/Pointcare preferred, and previous HH experience is required
