*Job Profile Summary*
* The Administrator is responsible for the overall maintenance of a Medicare Provider Transaction Access Number(s) (PTAN), day-to-day operations, quality of patient services, and regulatory compliance for the assigned home health provider. This position organizes and directs the agency’s day to day operations, maintains ongoing liaison among the Governing Body and personnel, employs qualified personnel and ensures adequate personnel education and evaluations. The Administrator is responsible for the delivery of efficient, adequate, appropriate, and effective home health services to the agency patient population, while overseeing compliance to corporate standards as they apply to the overall mission of the organization and coordinating QAPI activities.

*Requirements:*
* Graduate of an accredited nursing school
* Current state license as required by state or federal guidance
* *8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse* *in a home health care environment*
* *Previous experience in quality assurance or coding is required along with 4 years of supervisory experience*
* Previous experience in a Home Health services or Hospice environments is preferred
* *Advanced clinical skills as defined by accepted clinical standards, including ability to manage patient care episodes, changes to plan of care, clinical evaluations, and recommendations*
* *Ability to set objectives, assess staff competencies, allocate work, facilitate team alignment, and create a motivating, safe working environment*
* Ability to quickly become proficient in enterprise applications (*HomeCare HomeBase*, *Workday, Oasis, *etc.) with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Develop trusted relationships and networks, leverage personal networks, and relate across both supervisory and leadership levels
