Job Summary The RN Risk Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the facilities risk management program. Responsibilities: * Establish the Risk Management Committee: Coordinate the gathering and analysis of data; monitor and facilitate plans of correction and preventative measures; ensure corporate compliance; and coordinate investigations regarding occurrences. * Communication/Education: Communicate all aspects of risk management to residents, families, staff, and management. * Ensure confidentiality of all reporting and documentation elements.
