Bring your business intelligence to Genesis as our Revenue Cycle Manager. In a defined geographic territory, you will be responsible for proactive cash collections and business office performance achievement for all nursing centers within the market. Position Highlights
*Research industry best practices to strengthen revenue cycle through proactive collaboration with business office managers, nursing home administrators and the market president.
*Identify the needs of the market nursing centers to provide training for billing, collection and cash flow management success and develop KPI achievement plans to exceed business office goals and initiatives.
*Serve as temporary business office manager in nursing centers with vacancies, leaves of absence, vacations.
*Review adverse financial events in assigned nursing centers to support business office managers in the development, implementation, and monitoring of action plans.
*Monitor current Medicare, Medicaid and payer/plan developments and regulations and make recommendations to improve processes or better manage billing and collections. Why Genesis?

Qualifications:

*High school degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in nursing home bookkeeping is required. *Bachelor's degree is preferred. *Additional coursework in accounting/finance is recommended.
