Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the restorative nursing program to enhance patient recovery and independence.
• Assess patient health, develop, and implement restorative care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and integrate restorative practices.
• Educate patients and families on restorative care techniques and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to restorative nursing.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of AL .
• Experience in restorative care or rehabilitative nursing.
• Strong understanding of restorative care principles and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.
