Restaurant Supervisor at the NEW Heirloom Room Creekside Restaurant & Bar

Join us at The Heirloom Room, an upscale riverside dining experience, as a Restaurant Supervisor, where you'll ensure our Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts deliver exceptional service with professionalism and courtesy. You'll collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager in training and developing new team members and implementing top-tier guest service standards. Acting as a liaison between the dining team and the Heart of House team, you will ensure timely and precise communication for guest orders. Occasionally, you'll also assist in resolving guest concerns to maintain our high service standards. We are seeking both AM and PM Supervisors: AM shifts: 7 AM - 3 PMPM shifts: 3 PM - 11 PM (or later) General Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant Manager with overseeing restaurant operations while maintaining quality standards and maximizing food and beverage profitability.Implement brand service strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations.Maintain inventories at optimal levels to minimize waste and ensure the restaurant is always prepared to serve customers.Enhance customer experience through exceptional service and high-quality products.Step into the role and responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
