What you’ll do:

Reporting and Analysis:
Lead the consolidation of monthly Executive Leadership team presentations, including ownership of full P&L, working capital and cash flow statements.
Deliver data driven insights on key driver and provide actionable solutions.
Planning and Forecasting:
Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing and Operations to develop and manage both near-term and long-range business strategies.
Business Case Analytics:
Create investment proposals for new product development, incorporating comprehensive go-to-market strategies, detailed financial and cost models and critical return evaluations metrics.
Sales Operations:
Develop and maintain critical sales analysis tools to support the commercial organizations goals of growth, margin enhancement and superior customer service.
Collaborate with the pricing department to review proposed customer contracts, offering strategic insights for final negotiations and ensuring control over market pricing, including adjustments, rebates, signing bonuses and material pass-through schemes.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing workflow processes, operating systems and problem-solving techniques.

What you’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or analytical roles.
Proficient in general, management and manufacturing accounting, including balance sheet management, sales pricing, order processing, standard costing, P&L and cash flow analysis. Skilled in financial performance metrics, such as NPV, IRR and others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels with the organization.
Strong analytical, teamwork, customer service and leadership skills.
Proven ability to lead, manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly desired.
Comfortable working with large data sets.
