E quipment and Instrumentation Design and Development
- Design, develop and implement safe, reliable, sustainable, and economically viable equipment and instrumentation on the laboratory scale
- Lead and support the transfer of processes and products to production.
- Think big and inspire those around you to connect the dots differently, unleashing new possibilities to develop the materials, technologies, and products of the future
- Network among the most innovative partners in high-potential business fields to influence and educate external gatekeepers about the capabilities and advancements at SCHOTT
- Support SCHOTT business units via technical consulting, customer interaction, and evolutionary product development
- Lead cross-functional teams, plan and manage resources to test (concept to launch) new materials, processes, technologies, and products
- Communicate effectively via presentations, pitches, and written reports
- Contribute to the development of IP
- Degree (e.g., BS, MS) in electrical engineering, instrument/equipment design, or a related field
- Experience in designing, developing, constructing, and validating laboratory scale equipment and instrumentation
