Findlay Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join the Findlay family. We have opened our new Jeep Superstore! Candidates with direct experience working as a sales consultant, service writer, finance manager, or BDC manager are encouraged to apply but NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We will train!

Salary $50,000- $210,000

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and offer assistance or direction to all customers
  • Determine customer needs, perform vehicle walk-arounds, and take customers on test-drives to set up for a successful sale
  • Explain product performance and optional equipment available
  • Write complete paperwork according to dealership standards & work with sales manager to close deal
  • Deliver vehicle to customer by guaranteeing customer's usage in operating features, understands the warranty, and any paperwork
  • Introduce customer to our Findlay Service Department and emphasizing the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction with our follow-up system to encourage customers to repeat purchases or refer friends & family; Also follow-up on post delivery items
  • Complete required training and stay current on new products, accessories, and features
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated and able to set achievable goals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A team player focused on providing ethical and exemplary customer service
  • Be Coachable and willing to continually develop your customer service skills
  • Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
  • Be skilled in computers, basic software, and internet and ability to learn database management
  • Have a valid drivers license with safe driving record
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test
