Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Completion of a pharmacy residency program is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pain management principles.
- Experience in acute care or hospital pharmacy practice is advantageous.
