Job Duties for a HVAC Operations Manager:
  • Directly supervise staff including coaching and performance evaluations
  • Recruit and hire personnel
  • Review technician schedule to ensure optimal utilization of resources
  • Oversee implementation of field service tools
  • Review daily work reports and start-up submissions
  • Manage Warranty process and filter warranty requests from contractors
  • Oversee communication between Service Technicians and factories as needed
  • Oversee communication between Service Technicians, mechanical and control contractors, and end users when appropriate
  • Resolve escalated safety issues and ensure safety program is adhered to by all Service staff
Qualifications for a HVAC Operations Manager
  • 5+years of experience as a HVAC Operations Manager (Residential/Commercial)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC functions
  • Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
