Registered Nurse
Purpose of Position:
Assess, plan, coordinate and render skilled nursing care to patients while applying standards for professional nursing practice; Provide care ranging from non-urgent to life threatening, including but is not limited to, medical illness, trauma care, pediatric care, gerontological care, injury prevention, women’s health, mental health issues and life- and limb-saving measures.

Essential Functions:
• Utilize nursing process to care for health care customers of all ages
• Carry out patient assessments, diagnosis, planning, and implementation of interventions, evaluate the patients response to the interventions including emotional, social and safety needs
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Perform various patient tests and administer medications as prescribed by physician
• Triage, prioritize, and assist in the stabilization, resuscitation, crisis intervention and /or emergency preparedness of the customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
