Registered Nurse

Ascension Seton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

• Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
• Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
• Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure required.
