Front Desk Receptionist

· Contract Type: Temp to Hire

· Pay: $ 18.00/HR

· Shift/Hours: Full Time 40 Hours Per Week 8:30AM – 5:00PM Must be able to work one weekend day

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay

• Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready

• Mitigate customer complaints as needed

• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information

• Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests

• Must be comfortable with computers and Excel/Google Docs

• You will talk with guest about local spots and the area and provide recommendations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus.

• Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• High School Diploma/GED Required
