<p><b>Job Summary</b></p>
<p>Assesses, plans, coordinates and evaluates patient care in the skilled nursing facility while working with a team of care providers to ensure quality care, while providing a safe and dignified environment.</p>
<p><b>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</b></p>
<ul> <li>Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.</li> </ul>
<p><b>Licensure/Certification/Registration and Experience</b></p>
<ul> <li>Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.</li> <li>Previous experience in Long Term Care is helpful. </li> </ul>
<p><b>Work Schedule</b></p>
<ul> <li>Hours:
<ul> <li>Primarily 12 hours shifts - 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am</li> <li>Varied Shifts; Every 3rd weekend</li></ul></li></ul>
