Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings. Position Highlights: This position is eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Mission Live the Avera mission through your daily work Job Summary Assesses, plans, coordinates and evaluates patient care in the skilled nursing facility while working with a team of care providers to ensure quality care, while providing a safe and dignified environment. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration and Experience Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required. Previous experience in Long Term Care is helpful. Work Schedule Hours: Primarily 12 hours shifts - 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am Varied Shifts; Every 3 rd weekend
