Is actively involved in improvement efforts that impact quality and patient safety, particularly those that support system strategic initiatives. Participates in evaluation and prioritization of projects, and accepts assignments based on organization and department need. Qualifications: Education: BSN Experience: 2 year's of RN experience required; performance improvement, project management, or data analysis experience is helpful, but not required. Must be proficient in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in state of practice.
