Excels as a staff nurse. Functions as a clinical role model and nursing leader while implementing, developing and evaluating standards of patient care. Experience: · Required: Minimum of 2 years experience in an inpatient care. Clinical competence in appropriate area of nursing practice. Other requirements are dependent on type/current needs of the unit. · Preferred: Managerial and leadership experience is preferred. Education/Degree requirements: · Required: Completion of a Nursing Degree. · Preferred: BS in Nursing. Licensure, Certifications, or Registration: · Required: Current license as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
