Utilize standardized screening tools and nursing assessments to identify patients' needs and formulate individualized care plans.Treatment Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with the treatment team to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Coordinate medical interventions, pharmacological treatments, and behavioral therapies to address addiction, withdrawal symptoms, and co-occurring disorders.Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians to manage alcohol withdrawal symptoms, reduce cravings, and treat co-occurring mental health conditions. Monitor patients for adverse reactions, assess medication effectiveness, and adjust treatment regimens as necessary.Counseling and Support: Provide emotional support, education, and counseling to patients and their families about the nature of alcohol addiction, the recovery process, and strategies for relapse prevention.
