Work you'll do As a CRM Integrator in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform you will help clients design and develop solutions that utilize the Microsoft platforms and integrate with other technologies. You will build positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of customer's business and project scope. The Team Digital Customer Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the 'creative digital consultancy' real and in doing so, make new markets. Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work: + Customer Operations modernize, deploy, and operate office capabilities and business processes across sales operations, quote-to-cash, and revenue management team + Sales Excellence & Service Excellence Integrate the latest technologies with leading-edge strategies, insights, experiences, and talent to enable outstanding customer service Qualifications Required + 3+ years functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and configuration + Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform + Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM + Experience in the end-to-end project delivery cycle and managing customer expectations + Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment + Strong commitment to professional client service excellence required + Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice) + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employ To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
