Pricing-Graphics Supervisor

The primary responsibility of the Pricing/Graphics Supervisor is to oversee the Pricing & Graphic Design Teams and drive process improvements to improve the customer experience and improve business process efficiency. This is achieved by leveraging problem-solving, personal business knowledge, and the capability to drive results. The ultimate end-state is to support order fulfillment accuracy and meet other organizational and operational objectives. The Supervisor is responsible to train, coach, and mentor the members of their team. Key Responsibilities Evaluate current team processes and drive cross-functional problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Work with management and other Team Leads to develop new Standard Work practices and processes to drive improvements Ensure graphics work is level loaded based on customer requests Balance pricing assignments especially during seasonal price increases Identify and address staff for training, coaching and mentoring needs Develop and implement Pricing/Graphics policies and procedures Define and communicate Pricing/Graphics standards to the organization Ensure Pricing/Graphics levels and standards are met Assure awareness of the significant environmental aspects and environmental compliance obligations of your operations and ensure controls are in place Background and Skill 4-year College degree required 3-5 years of business experience Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills Motivational, listening, and problem-solving skills Ability to produce creative ideas to improve customer service standards Explore concepts and complexity comfortably and communicates them in simple terms Build cohesive teams to work toward a common goal Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment Balance business and customer demands The base compensation range for this position is $79,300 to $90,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
