Position Summary: The Registrar and Data Support Coordinator supports the academic and programmatic functions of the school ensuring that all school data is accurate and accessible and that school programs run efficiently. The Registrar and Data Support Coordinator is expected to apply a spirit of professionalism, integrity, customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement to all aspects of the position. Subject Matter Expert
  • Work closely with the Director of Database Services to coordinate data related to the Student Information System (SIS) ensuring records are accessible, accurate, and maintained in compliance with school policies and licensing requirements
  • Assist with data logistics of the annual admissions process
  • Work with the Senior Director of Strategy & Enrollment Management to input financial assistance data and publish financial assistance awards.
  • Manage data capture and cleanup projects as necessary, working with key stakeholders
Registrar
  • Manages the online enrollment process together with the Admissions Department
  • Manage the transcript request process sending all relevant student reports to requesting schools.
  • Identify process improvements to the school's transcripts and transcript process to continually promote ISDenver learners to other schools.
  • Work closely with Database and Admissions team to enter basic data in the Student Management System including student class assignments, teacher schedules, student houses
  • Communicate with internal and external community members about the logistics of enrollment and admissions of specific students.
  • Create, run and distribute basic demographic and statistical reports as assigned
  • Coordinate initial review of financial assistance applications and synchronize data between an external financial assistance system and the school's SIS
  • Work closely with Senior Director of Strategy & Enrollment Management and Finance to coordinate financial assistance award notifications and updates to enrollment contracts
Academic Program support
  • Create and publish parent/teacher conference signup
  • Work with Division Directors and academic administrative assistants to make minor schedule modifications and student class assignments
  • Assist Director of Database Services with annual student and division schedule programming
Extended Day School and Summer Program support
  • Coordinate rollout of school clubs, camps, athletics, and extended day school online registration working closely with the Director of Co-Curricular Programs and the Director of Summer Programs.
  • Monitor club, camp, and program registrations and troubleshoot issues with parents and internal stakeholders.
  • Produce reports of club, camp, and program enrollment for faculty and staff as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 5 years database entry experience
  • Fluent in English and other languages(s), preferred
  • Computer literate specifically in Google suite products.
  • Good writing, speaking, personal interaction, communication, and customer service skills
  • Excellent organization, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to implement principles and best practice for records management and general administration

    • Level B2 required, C1+ preferred (based on Common European Framework of References for Languages) or equivalent certification such as TOEFL or IETLS.

Physical Demands:
  • Regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee may occasionally be required to bend, stoop or kneel.
Location and Schedule: This is a 12 month position with expected work hours of 8:30 to 4:00 Monday to Friday. There is some flexibility in the Denver Metro area.
