Key Accountabilities: Profit and Loss accountable for all assigned Projects including all development activity, product supply and contractual deliverables. Prime customer interface for all assigned programs/sectors including leadership for all issues, concerns and solutions. Development of new business opportunities through solutions to customer requirements including leadership of campaign activity, business case construct, negotiation strategy and contract execution. Accountability for achieving a well program schedule, specification, cost and business case requirements expressed as objectives agreed with the Customer and the Business. This includes the application of key program management processes and principles such as work breakdown structure definition, customer/contract requirements and deliverables, risk management, resource planning and fiscal and schedule management and reporting. Responsible for developing, building and managing the Integrated Program Team (IPT) multi-function program team and representing both the interests of the customer and the business. Overseeing existing Naval Services Portfolio for Naval Propulsion. Basic Requirements: Associate's degree in Business or Engineering and 7+ years relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 5+ years relevant experience, OR Master's degree in Business or Engineering and 3+ years relevant experience, OR JD/PhD and 1+ years relevant experience, OR 9+ years in business or customer management in lieu of degree. In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship. Be able to be in the office at least 3 days a week in Walpole, MA. Preferred Requirements: Experience with Navy aftermarket customers and business.
