Kona Medical Consulting is currently looking for a Registered Behavior Technician who will be working in-home in Brentwood, CA.
Overview
Behavior technicians work one-on-one with individuals who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other neurological disorders in the home to help them reach their full potential.
We encourage those with experience and/or a desire to work with children to apply for this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Be on Time/Punctual
• Strong Communication Skills (email and phone)
• Provides direct therapy to patients' in-home under
the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Commitment to behavior intervention plans designed by the (BCBA).
• Teaches a wide range of skills including language, social, academic, and
cognitive skills.
• Data collection
• Collaboration with team members.
Education:
• Associate (Required)
Experience:
• working with children: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location:
• In person;
Working hours:
• They need to be available after 3 and or on weekends.
