Position Summary:
Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults who reside in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Join our vibrant, provider-lead, rewarding practice as a supervising psychiatrist for Eventus WholeHealth.
  • Be a member of a tightly integrated team of primary care and mental health providers that delivers care to patients in long term care settings.
  • Provide much-needed service to a vulnerable population in the integrated and comprehensive model that psychiatrists are trying to achieve.
  • Enjoy leadership and teaching opportunities as you lead a team of midlevel providers and collaborate with psychotherapists in implementing best practices.
  • Free yourself from having to work behind a desk and the ticking clock of outpatient practice and enjoy the freedom to practice psychiatry based on patient needs and your clinical judgement, delivering care to patients where they live.
Qualifications/Education:
  • Board Certified in Psychiatry with all NC practicing privileges.
  • Geriatric Experience Preferred
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
