They are the key link connecting our internal research discoveries and educational outreach activities directly to our customers. We live to find new ways to generate usable information so farmers and ranchers can leave their land better at sunset than at sunrise. Our education and outreach program is the inflection point for transformation. We are looking for a <strong>Regenerative Ranching Advisor </strong></p><p>As regenerative ranching advisor, you will provide subject matter expertise to guide development of educational products that address real-world challenges facing farmers and ranchers. Farming and ranching is a business and like any other business, growth and prosperity is the vision of our farmers and ranchers. Your experiences whether in business, soil health, grazing, ecology or other related agriculture field, will guide teaching and development of educational products that address real-world business challenges and opportunities facing farmers and ranchers. Through education, coaching, mentoring, and facilitated learning events you will present these offerings in a way that supports the owners, managers, and stewards of U.S. grazing lands as they begin or continue their journey to implement regenerative practices. This work is key in helping Noble achieve its goals and share the story of regenerative land stewardship with farmers, ranchers, potential donors, and society at large. Provide subject matter expertise to ensure relevance of content to development of learning modules and educational products. Emphasize customer feedback and data to gain understanding and clarity on how to update learning products to meet the needs of the customer. Understand market needs and identify challenges, needs, and opportunities to align with and drive product development.</li><li><span><strong>Identify </strong></span>and develop partnership relationships that help build the organization’s customer base, expand access to markets and locations, influence adoption of regenerative ranch management, and philanthropic giving.
