Rapidly Growing Bathroom Remodeling Business seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team!

Location: Hamilton, NJ Headquarters
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Education: BA or BS required (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess job board candidates.
  • Schedule and set up candidate interviews.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations.
  • Perform employee reviews and exit interviews.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings.
  • Handle various clerical tasks, including making photocopies, mailing, scanning, and emailing documents.
