This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing sourcing and recruitment strategies, coordinating interviews, and partnering with Human Resources to ensure the acquisition of qualified and diverse candidates.<br> <br> <b>What you'll do: </b> <br> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance.</li> <li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.</li> <li>Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.</li> <li>Engage with passive candidates and build relationships to encourage interest in current and future job opportunities with our company.</li> <li>Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.</li> <li>Maintain candidate records and information in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.</li> <li>Provide support and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for candidate evaluation, interview techniques, and selection decisions.</li> <li>Arrange flights, hotels, etc., for candidates that are travelling for interviews.</li> <li>Support the implementation of recruitment initiatives and projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our talent acquisition processes.</li> <li>Participate in employer branding activities, including career fairs, campus recruitment events, and employer networking groups, to promote our company as an employer of choice.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for open positions.</li> <li>Maintain and build relationships with external recruiters.</li> <li>Perform other duties as needed.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br> <b>What you have:</b> <br> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.</li> <li>2-4 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br> <b>What you're good at:</b> <br> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.</li> <li>Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li> <li>High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.</li> <li>Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br> <b>What else? </b> <br> <ul> <li> <ul> <li> Local travel may be required.</li> <li>We're located in a pretty great spot - check out this video to see what we mean!</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br>Mohawk Industries is a leading global flooring manufacturer that creates products to enhance residential and commercial spaces around the world.
