We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, high moral standards, outgoing and friendly. Looking for an individual that is driven and competitive. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achievement in past endevours.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales goals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferred
- Strong business development, and account management skills
- Insurance experienced and licensed is strongly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
