We are looking for experienced construction professionals to join our team and make an impact each day by responding to customers' needs for restoration and renovation jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Rebuild and renovate properties per scope to improve the quality of life for your customers, resulting in exceptional customer service
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each job
- Comply with expectations regarding safety, equipment, and vehicles.
- Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Communicate openly with team, be coachable, and keep learning.
- Participate in rotational, emergency-response program
- High school diploma/GED plus experience in construction or other related trades (e.g., drywall, carpentry, painting, moving)
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record; lives within 45 minutes of our facility
- Has mechanical/math aptitude and practical experience with hand-held technology tools and software reporting programs
- Must be able to work in the United States indefinitely
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from a ladder at roof and ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics), handle the physical demands of jobs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals and wear PPE as needed
