While no two days will be the same, the primary responsibilities of this full-time position are:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service - answering end-user questions, resolving complaints, scheduling services, and providing information with a friendly and encouraging demeanor
  • Product Knowledge - helping end users find products and provide updated information on products and services
  • Time Management - Be able to multitask and organize well while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Teamwork - work cohesively with Service Techs and Service Supervisor
  • Other Tasks - handling payment transactions, providing quotations, and checking product availability

The ideal candidate has these qualities:

  • Effective communication skills, initiative to follow up, eagerness to talk and respond to vendors, contractors, and homeowners.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Applications and POS systems.
  • Experience in a similar role and/or with the building industry is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Polish is a definite plus.
  • Enjoys a challenge, learns quickly, and can make a difference to the company and to the customer.
