Receiving Operator (Crew 3)<p>Job Description<p>Job Description<p>The <b> Receiving Operator-Milk Hauler </b>is responsible for operation of milk/cream receiving and load outs, truck washing equipment, milk testing equipment and for the proper and positive communication with haulers and coworkers. <p>Duties include the following:<p><b> HOURS: </b> (Crew 3); 6 PM - 6 AM; 12 HOUR SHIFT<p><b> HOURLY WAGE: </b> $25.87 per hour<p><b>Hiring Bonus:</b> $1,500 hiring bonus ($450 after 90 day probationary period, followed by $1,050 after 6 months of employment)<br /><ul><li>Follow and monitor all truck schedules</li><li>Draw samples, perform antibiotic screening test and check temperatures</li><li>Document all test results and the destination of each load</li><li>Collect paperwork and obtain a scale weight for all loads, for distribution to office personnel</li><li>Ensure all duties performed in accordance with Company and regulatory policies for GMP</li><li>Maintain housekeeping standards in the milk receiving area, charm lab and the exterior of plant receiving.</li><li>Monitor the time, temperature and chemical strength of CIP. </li></ul><p>Land O'Lakes, Inc offers a competitive salary and bonus potential.
